Real Estate Pre-Licensing Classes in the REO Milford Office

Pre-licensing registration form (pdf file) - print it off and return it, along with your check for $175 made out to Real Estate One, to:

Taking and passing this class is the first step. Taking and passing the State Licensing Test is step two. You really can’t pass that test without these classes.. Taking the State test costs another $46 and there is a application fee of $88., but the license is good for three years. Then you will be ready to join Real Estate One and start learning how to be a successful real estate professional.

State of Michigan License Test - $46.00

Sales Training:

 

Real Estate One Marketing Class - $295.00

(Includes $50 “rebate” coupn for Quality Service Certification Class)

 

 

Legal Coverage:

 

Legal Defense Administrative Fee - $415.00

Runs from July 1st through June 30th

Prorated quarterly

Provides Agents Day-One legal defense coverage from Real Estate One Legal Team
